Alone, Yet Full Of Grace

Sometimes when we serve God, we may feel lonely, because there is no co-worker beside us, or everyone is busy with his own affairs, or not everyone shares the same cause as us. But like what Paul proclaimed, God is always by our side. When we are left alone, that is when we are brought to total reliance on God; that is when we can become strong by His grace. Paul had instructed us to be prepared for times when people may reject our message or situations may challenge our faith. Yet when we continue preaching the gospel in season and out of season, the few remnants will be uncovered. The best strategy to counter false teaching, lukewarmness, and defiance of people, is to keep witnessing the gospel. The world always tries to present itself as influential and powerful. Yet, the gospel is subtle but consistent. Ultimately, the gospel will win by its subtle power.
