*What prompts you to do what you are doing now?

When you don't see tangible results - what prompts you to continue doing it? -

Answer -  treasure in your heart (where you find all your strengths) 

• Cannot approach it as an achievement 
• It is Holy Spirit
• Attitudes are exhaustive
• When the value of your heart is on there - it is non exhaustive 

- The value in your heart gives you the right feeling (fear, trembling, angst, and passion) toward the surrounding things 

Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith! And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well. “Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom. Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will never fail, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys. • When you are worry, you are activating your flesh, focussing on the matters
• When you are praying, you are activating your spirit to focus on the truth
• Set your heart = put your values on the truth

HOW?

You cannot make a decision to love The Lord 

You can only place decision on the right thing by knowing the truth 

1. Knowing the truth
   1. You're helpless/ powerless (why do you worry about...)
      • Put your hope and trust in Lord who controls all thing
      • Only when you bear this will you be able to wrestle against the culture of the world 
   2. God is almighty (all-powerful, all-knowing)
      • There is no situation so bad that you cannot do anything about it
      • There is nothing he cannot overcome 
      • But sth hundred your prayer (when you focus on things more than Him, the source and beginner and creator of all things)
   3. He gives the best to His children
      • He can uplift your certain ways to be glorified, or humble down you a certain ways to be glorified, but it's all the best to his children 
   4. True value lies in the kingdom-purpose life 
      • Why are you not experiencing the power of HS? Because your value hasn't changed 

1. Going deep
   • How?
   • Through confirmation
     • If the word of god is true, the only way to go deep is to confirm it again and again 
     • Before you confirm it, it doesn't become a reality (truth) in your heart
     • We are always superficial 
     • How to confirm
       • Not by situation or person
       • By seeing the undhanging God 
2. Practicality - it has practical evidence if you seek —>  you will continue to go deeper
