Threats And Assurance

A disciple is not above his teacher, nor is a servant or slave above his master. It is sufficient for the disciple to be like his teacher, and the servant or slave like his master. If they have called the Master of the house Beelzebub [master of the dwelling], how much more will they speak evil of those of His household. [II Kings 1:2.]

Let Little Children Come To Jesus

No one is too unimportant and nothing is too trivial for Jesus to attend to. Jesus loves little children and those with child-like faith. Let us not be shy to come before Jesus, and let us not create any boundaries to make Jesus inaccessible to anyone. Instead, He calls us to be His good stewards to bring people to Him, to receive spiritual blessing which surpasses all earthly blessings.
