A disciple is not above his teacher, nor is a servant or slave above his master. It is sufficient for the disciple to be like his teacher, and the servant or slave like his master. Taken Or Left Behind?
God is not far from us such that we cannot find Him. But His presence and work has already come among us. If we were to take Him seriously, we will be able to see and enjoy His Kingdom even today. The Kingdom of God may sound abstract, but it is coming surely and suddenly. Do we go on with life as usual after hearing God’s word or do we align our lifetime goals and labor to God’s truth and purpose? We will know how Judgment Day is like for us when we look at how we are living today. On the day of Christ’s return, will we be taken up in glory or left behind? Christ will come back anytime, so be ready all the time!
