Having undesirable feelings and giving in to them is different. Feeling firm and fine might cause us to fall by giving a false sense of security. Negative or critical feel from the sheep might even misdirect a shepherd. Bondage of the mind might then happen. Many do not want to be without feelings, but do we have defence against being unable to discern?
